While I would place a bet on changed dates, but no new content, it's really hard for me to tell at this point. I'd like to hope that older content is removed for newer stuff, but this may just be a dream.

This is not a good sign. Considering the price of the site, I can't imagine paying it for a mere 30 scenes, especially when there are plenty of POV tit sites offering a hell of a lot more. In fact, there aren't even bonus sites.
